Total weight loss: 6.4 lbs.
At least I still weigh less than when I started 47 weeks ago.

Hey, they took the scale out of the women’s locker room otherwise I would weigh in too. Glad you’re posting again.
I’m trying to get on that horse again, too. Walking every day. Trying to shut down the ol’ piehole after 8pm. Happy January. Grrrrrr.
I’m trying a new one. Not focusing on number of pounds lost. Even though it can be encouraging to see the weight go down, it became just as discouraging when it came back and I quit. Just trying to be more active and healthier overall – everyday. Maybe that will be my prescription for the long haul. We’ll see. Don’t give up.
Keep up with the walking and the water (that’s AND not ON). 🙂
