Ok, so here’s the deal. Confession time of sorts. I put on a fairly significant amount of weight EVERY weekend. Sometimes as much as 6 lbs. from the time I weigh in on Thursday until I weigh myself on Monday. Then I spend the next 4 days trying to catch up. Sometimes successfully, sometimes not.
So now I’m changing my weigh-in day. From this point on, I’ll be weighing in every Monday. This will add another level of accountability to my weight loss, and will help me stay more focused on the weekends.
