Week #12 weigh-in

Lost this week – o lbs.

Total lost – 25.2 lbs.

For the first time, I didn’t gain weight over a weekend.  As of Tues. morning I was down 3 lbs.  I have worked out as normal, and maintained my eating plan, and at the end of the week, no loss………..

  1. Hang in there! We all have weekends like that. Not too long ago I had a weekend where I ate half a pizza and some rather delicious bread sticks. It hurt me on the scale, but that was only temporary.

  2. You may be in an area where you need to change your caloric intake in order to readjust your metabolism. However, do not worry about the scale too much, if you’re feeling better that’s all that counts. Stick with it. If you have any questions let me know.

  3. Look at the good…no weekend weight gain!! Remember…muscle weighs more than fat…keep working out, try to sub some more lower calorie foods, and stick with it. I hope you’re keeping measurements because often that tells more than the scale…Keep with it…you’re doing great!! 🙂

You could alway try removing unnecessary body parts…appendix, tonsils, gall bladder. (Just kidding.) Glad to hear you had a good weekend!!! Don’t get discouraged as you hit these plateaus. Stay focused on the big picture. The healthy eating and excercise, even if not reflected in the scale this week, is good for your heart, arteries, etc. Hey, if you want, I can send over Richard Simmons “Sweating to the Oldies” but not until you give me back the Jane Fonda tape.

  5. But you know what? You look great! You’re working hard, you’re eating right, it’ll be fine.
