Week #8 weigh-in

Lost this week – . 2 lbs

 total loss – 21. 4 lbs.

 Can you tell I’m losing motivation?  Lots of stress at work this week that needed to be “fed”.  Actually it’s potential stress that may or may not be true.  I guess that’s called worry.

    Hey Doug – Hang in there. A doc. will tell you 2 lbs a week is good and stable. If you loose too much too quickly it comes back quickly because you are starving your body. Slow and steady wins the race.

    Can you give us an update on your March 14 blog? Been praying for you. Hopefully I will see you in June!

    I would say that while the loss this week was perhaps less than desired, probably should have been expected. You had almost a 5 lb. loss last week!

    Remember – The goal was not to see how much you weighed on Thursday, April 12. The goal is a healthier, more active Doug! And everyday I see you walking on the treadmill at 5:30 am is another step closer to that goal!

    Fight the good fight – finish the race – keep the faith!!
