Rom 8:1-2 speaks truth about freedom…
“There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus”
Those “in Christ” are freed from the penalty of sin. The Spirit of life has set them free from sin and death. Christ has become their condemnation. Those who belong to Christ are no longer condemned or cursed in sin and death. Life has been given…
It is written “now there is no condemnation” so why is it so hard to act and live like it?
So why is it still so hard to let go of our past sins and if our lives are in chaos, not fair, or full of pain why do we let the accuser blame us and our sin for the lack of certain blessings or for when our kids turn from the Lord?
